Ardis J. Jegla, 74, of St. Johns, died Saturday, June 17, 2006 at Hazel Findlay Country Manor. Ardis was born December 6, 1931 in Beebe, MI the daughter of Gerald and Crystal Sanders Pinkney. She was a homemaker. On Aug 9, 1952 she married Robert Jegla in Westphalia. He preceded her in death on Sept. 1, 1982. She enjoyed reading, crocheting and television. Survived by Daughters, Annette Jegla of Westphalia and Mary Jo (Mike) Plunkett of Holt Sons, Mike (Sharon) Jegla of Hubbardston MI, Larry of Trufant, MI, Dan (Sharon) Jegla, Dennis Jegla and Rick Jegla all of St. Johns, Kevin Jegla of Kodak, TN. Grandchildren, Jessica Johnson, Brandon Newport, Ryan Jegla, Aaron Jegla, Laura Jegla, Nathan Jegla, Jillian Jegla, Eric Jegla, and Victoria Jegla. Sisters Beverly (Norm) Schafer of Pewamo, MI, Sharon (Don) Bennett of Hubbardston, MI, Sandy (Jerry) Green of Elsie, MI, Carol (Phil) Fox of Ionia, MI Brothers, Max (Joanne) Pinkney of Pewamo, MI, and Terry (Rebecca) Pinkney of Holt, MI. Preceded in death by Daughter in law, Gail Jegla Funeral services will be held at Keck-Coleman Funeral Home, 224-4422,www.keckcolemanfuneralhome.com on Wednesday, June 21, 2006 at 11:00 A. M. with Msgr. Sylvester Fedewa officiating. Burial will follow at St. Marys Cemetery, Westphalia, MI The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. Monday and Tuesday at the funeral home.
