James M. Clark died Sunday, April 19, 2015 at the age of 58. He was born October 7, 1956 in St. Johns, MI the son of Earl and Donna (Longcor) Clark. Jim was a graduate of Ovid-Elsie High School and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in St. Johns. Jim is a retired tool and die maker and enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and woodworking. He was active in 4-H and a member of the Fourth Degree Knights of Columbus, Fr. Godez Assembly. On March 18, 1977 he married LuAnne Thelen and she survives him. Also surviving are his children, Kristopher Clark (fiancée Danielle Bennett) of Lansing; Jamie Lee (Garrison) Ridenour of Holt; Joseph (Elizabeth) Clark of St. Johns; one sister, Sarah Clark of Elsie and parents-in-law, Leon and Bertine Thelen of St. Johns and several brothers and sisters-in-law. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Jeff. Funeral mass will be celebrated 10:00 AM Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at St. Joseph Catholic Church 109 Linden, St. Johns with Rev. Fr. Michael Williams as Celebrant. The family will receive relatives and friends 4:00 to 8:00 PM Tuesday, April 21 at Keck-Coleman Funeral Home, St. Johns with a vigil service at 7:00 PM.
