Condolence: Lyola was a very faithful friend! I miss getting newsy messages from her.

Condolence: I just wanted to let John and his family know that I have not forgotten Lyola. Even now a year after her passing I remember her love and faithfulness! Oh how we miss her! It's so hard to see John in church without her! But I praise God that I know she is home with Him and that God will continue to give comfort to John and their family and friends! John and family, Lyola was such an important influence in my life - then - and now! My prayers are with you!

Condolence: Dear John and Family,
I am sorry to hear of the passing of your loved one. I will miss sharing emails with Lyola that was the last thing she said to me was how much she enjoyed my emails. John I am here for you if you ever need to talk. Don and I had almost 23 years together and I know how you are feeling and the emptynes in your heart and your life. Let God help carry that burden and know that you will see Lyola again one day. She was such a wonderful friend and I will miss her cards I could always count on her to mail me a birthday and anniversary card. Her spot with you will be missed but I can rejoice that I will see her again one day and that she has a perfect body now and has no more pain. We all love you John and are here to help you through today tomorrow and always!! You never forget but the pain does get a little easier one day at a time. God be with you John and family during this time of loss and you will continue to be in my prayers.

Condolence: Dear John and family, We are so thankful for Lyola and the friendship we shared. We will treausre the times we were together playing games or going out for dinner. Condolence: We've only gone to Elk Rapids Baptist Church since last October, but were so impressed with Lyola's faith and friendliness to us. We consider it such a blessing to have met Lyola and John while eating with them at the church a few weeks ago. I've heard so many at the church testify of getting birthday and anniversary cards from her. She had a very special ministry and now is in the very presence of our Savior and free from all pain, sorrow and sin. Our prayers are with John and her family.

Condolence: I know I speak for all of ERBC when I say we all loved Lyola and will miss her greatly. But as trusting in the LORD we know for certain she is now with HIM in perfect peace. We pray now the LORD to comfort you and encourage you at this difficult time.

Condolence: We couldn't have asked for a more wonderful friend and neighbor. We were privileged to know her here on this earth, and rejoice to know that she is now in Heaven and we will see her again. Our love and prayers are with John and his wonderful children. As a church body, there are so many of us, yet she managed to keep us all in mind, and loved us all with a fervour and diligence that stood the test of time.
