Lyle E. "Red", "Cobby", Onstott, 71 of St. Johns, MI died
January 3, 2009 at Sparrow Hospital. Lyle was born on
June 13, 1937 in Lansing, MI the son of Ralph & Anna
(Sipka) Onstott. He graduated from St. Johns High
School, was a veteran of the U.S. Army and worked at
Federal Mogul, retiring in 1999.
On July 17, 1982 he married Emily Gibbs in St. Johns.
He will miss seeing his friends at the "Watering Hole"
and will look forward to seeing them again someday.
He enjoyed watching sports on TV, attending High
School Sports and working in his yard.
Survived by his wife Emily, daughter, Tammy (Jack)
Coffey of Lansing, son, David (Mary) Harsh of Normal,
IL.

Funeral services will be held at Keck-Coleman Funeral
Home, 989-224-4422 on Tuesday, January 6, 2009 at
1:00 P.M. with Pastor Kathy Leydorf officiating.
Cremation will follow.
The family will receive friends at Keck-Coleman Funeral
Home on Monday, Jan. 5, 2009, 2-4 & 6-8 P.M.
