Mary Jane Ohlemacher
Mary Jane Ohlemacher died Wednesday, August 1, 2007 at the age of 75. She was born August 21, 1931 in Vermontville, Michigan the daughter of Earl and Fannie Irene (Hager) Hadden. Mary was a graduate of Sexton High School, attended St. Joseph Catholic Church in St. Johns and was a retired M.S.U. Bookstore customer service manager. On August 10, 1957 she married Nelson (Ohle) Ohlemacher and he preceded her in death in 1974. She was also predeceased by two brothers, Bob and Jim Hadden; two sisters, Eloise Link and Janice Joppie; daughter-in-law, Kim Ohlemacher and a great grandson Stephen. Surviving are her children, Janet Shepard, Lisa (Mark) Rosner, Pam (Pete) Empie and Matt Ohlemacher all of St. Johns, Mark (Lori) Ohlemacher of Haslett, Elizabeth (Garrick) Puffer of Harbor Springs, Amy (Jason) Moorash of Laurel, MD, Ann (Bill) Butcher of Howell; 23 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; one sister, Norma (John) Atanasoff of Lansing; two sisters-in-law, Mary Jean Hadden of Wayland, MI and Dorothy Ann Charles of Muncie, IN. Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:30 am Saturday, August 4, 2007 at St. Joseph Catholic Church 109 Linden St. Johns with Rev. Fr. Eoin Murphy as Celebrant. Rite of Committal will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery 2520 W. Willow, Lansing. A private visitation will be held. Memorials may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church or a charity of donors choice. Arrangements and service provided by Keck-Coleman Funeral Home, St. Johns.
