Joseph Yock died Monday, May 25, 2015 at the age of 93. He was born September 15, 1921 in Tasov, Czechoslovakia the son of Martin and Anna (Chapek) Yock. Joe was an Army veteran of WWII, worked as a farmer most of his life and was a member of Farm Bureau. He was preceded in death by his wife Mary in 1985. Surviving is a daughter, Ann (Marshall) Bush of Roanoke, VA; one son, Joseph Jr. (Debi) Yock of St. Johns; grandchildren, Joseph III (Kelly) Yock, Christina Yock and fiancée’ Jeremy Townsend; great grandchildren, James and Gabriel. Joseph's family will remember and honor his life with a private graveside service. The family would like to thank the Laura Jean Care Home for the wonderful care they gave Joseph.
